I should be able to Edit anything I Create

Summary: This is just plain necessary if we are ever going to allow Who Can Create to work without Who Can Edit -- since "Create" just creates an empty Thing, I need to then be able to edit it.
In particular, this is necessary for Surveys and Shareable Links. We want to enable the common use case where someone is invited in solely for the purpose of creating a Thing, and should only have edit rights to that specific Thing, not all Things of that Model.
