I can't override names from my Apps

Summary: In theory, I should be able to shadow Names from Apps with other Things in my Space. In practice, this doesn't seem to work yet.

Note that System is, technically, an App. So I should be able to shadow Names from it.

There should probably be a warning if you try to do this?

This will become more critical if / when we begin to define more "convention" Properties, that might occasionally want redefinition in User Spaces.
