I can make a non-live-editing page

Summary: Needs thought, but it comes up again and again -- in some use cases, folks really expect and want to be able to edit in a non-live mode, with a clear "Save" or "Done" button.
This feature would probably involve creating a Save Button, which if you put it on the page turns off live editing.
I'm still not sold that this is a good idea, though: we've bought into live editing, and I think consistency is good here, especially once we have History and Undo.
