You have flagging, right? So if moderators approve, or a whitelisted user posts, something that shouldn't have made it through, it can be brought to moderators' attention? Well-intentioned moderators can still make mistakes and good users can go bad (maybe on a specific issue only), so it's good if that can be corrected.

This makes sense as a medium-term enhancement. The implication is that members of the Space should be able to flag a comment (or Thing) specifically for the moderators' attention as questionable. This should probably happen privately -- it's the sort of meta-conversation that can be quite fraught.
