I can change the width of a column in Spreadsheet View

Summary: This should be drag-and-drop on the column edge, as as in any ordinary spreadsheet.
This adds a Spreadsheet Column Width meta-Property on the Property, if it doesn't already exist.
Does this need to vary depending on the Bootstrap mode? That is, should there be separate widths for xs, sm, md and lg screen widths?
