I can ask to Join a Space

Summary: If I am not a Member of a Space that I am looking at, I should be able to ask to join it.

Requested by Eric, but it was already on my must-do list.

I should be able to ask to join even if I can't read the Space at all. This implies that there should be a default page that shows, allowing me to ask to join.

When I ask to join, I should specify my email address, and an "introduction" block that says who I am and why I want to join.

Note that this inverts the usual invitation mechanism; the workflow is a bit different.
