Export as CSV seems to be broken

Import and Export

Summary: From a Model, go to Advanced..., and click on "Export all Instances of Foo as a CSV file". This is failing, apparently because it is going to a page that no longer exists.

The internals probably still work -- I believe they are unit-tested -- but this feature is so rarely used that the UI seems to have succumbed to bit-rot at some point.
