Export / import of one's own Space can mess up ownership

In the Spirit Island FAQ, I'm a Member of the Space. (Once.)

Upon exporting-and-importing that space, now there are two Eric Reuss Members... and between them, they only have a single Owned Thing. (The one Thing I've created post-import.) Both halves of this seem odd/wrong.

(I'm guessing the first of the two is my old Member record and the second of the two is my new one? Also, if I delete the latter, some bits of the site just stop displaying, I think because I'm failing some permissions check despite being Space owner.)
