Consider adopting Web Awesome

(User Story, Investigate , Priority: High, Test Status: No automated tests yet , Reported By Justin du Coeur, )
Summary: Querki currently uses a complex mishmash of UI components, and most of them are horribly out of date. We need a facelift, one way or another.
An intriguing possibility is Web Awesome. This is an evolution of Font Awesome, going far beyond fonts to include a good number of clean, apparently well-crafted UI widgets. They would obviate a ton of our UI elements, including Bootstrap.
This would need to be done carefully, as a Space-directed feature flag. If we go this route, we would need to add the ability to change my current view to a different framework, and make it an opt-in Space-level feature flag, semi-permanently.
