Bulleted should be the default view for lists

Summary: Sanity-check, but I believe this is correct.
Might depend on type? Yeah, actually, I think it should. For example, this Space shows that, if the type is Large Text, I often don't want it bulleted. It's probably correct for Thing Type and some others, but let's be a bit measured about this...
