As an Owner, I can say what the default Role for Members of my Space should be

Summary: That is, I can say that most of my Members should be Commentators, or Editors, or even Managers.
This should be part of the broader project of making it easy to set the Space's general permissions.
This should be controllable both at Space creation time, and in Sharing and Security.
