As a Moderator, I can whitelist someone for commentary on a specific Thing

Summary: That is, instead of whitelisting them across the entire Space, I only whitelist them for discussions about this one Thing.
Originally suggested by @cellio:
I was thinking of things like: if your Space represents a set of (say) articles on some topic, you might want to allow the author of any particular article to engage freely in comments on that article, without giving him free rein over the entire Space.
More generally, consider the upcoming ability for non-members to submit entries to a Space -- say, a Space describing local vacation rentals, where the area residents can submit entries. After I have an entry accepted, I should probably have commenting rights on that entry, so I can participate in conversations on it.
This is probably completely different from an implementation POV from ordinary whitelisting: it's scoped by the ThingConversations object. But in principle, it seems desireable.
Think carefully about edge cases and abuse, however.
