Adding List items in bulk data entry puts focus after the newly added item

Summary: If you tab to the "+" button to add a new List item, then hit RETURN, the focus stays on the + button. To populate the newly added list item, you have to click back, or hit SHIFT-TAB a whole lot.

Justin: yeah, I've noticed this annoyance myself. I agree that it needs to be fixed -- it gets in the way of editing efficiency.
