User-generated Emails are Just Plain Broken

Summary: As a user, I can create Email Things, and try to send them. But when I do so, nothing happens.

Justin: Email is, at this point, a broken and semi-dead feature, and really shouldn't be user-visible. It was created for my Wedding Prototype Space, and never worked all that well. Worse, it is subject to obvious abuses.

So I'm going to remove it entirely from user visibility, and move it behind the scenes. For now, the only email you can send is invitations to join a Space (through the Sharing and Security page). In the medium term, we will be replacing this concept with Notifications / Messaging -- you'll be able to send a Message to a Person, but the recipient will control how they receive such messages. This should be much safer and more appropriate.
