Space Owner not listed as a Person

Summary: When you create a Link Property pointing to Person, it should list all of the Members of this Space as options. But it doesn't list the owner of the Space as an option!

Justin: discovered in the course of writing these bugs. Not really critical, but very annoying to me, since I can't hook a bug to myself.
